A warrior tank who can spell-reflect the Mind Flay makes this fight a lot easier. Each mind flay does about 10% of the boss's health in damage. The mind flay and spell reflect cooldowns are identical, I believe. The mind flay cannot be reflected during the channel. If you miss or are going to come close on the reflect cooldown, suck up the damage (or shield bash it), and get ready to reflect the next one. Getting into cooldown lockstep where you just miss the reflect each time sucks.
The sad part is that a warrior and a healer could easily duo this fight, while the three DPS who just make things harder during Insanity go and get a taco or something.
